Construction Project-Specific Plans & Specifications:
Unless otherwise noted in the project description, you may purchase the plans and specifications at the County’s Site Improvement and Permits Section, located at 827-7th Street, Room 105, Sacramento, CA 95814, telephone
(916) 874-6544 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The cost for each set is listed in the Notice to Contractors. Plans and specifications may also be purchased for a non-refundable cost per set, which includes shipping and handling via UPS Ground. For overnight delivery please provide your UPS account number. Make a check payable to the County of Sacramento and send it via private courier (e.g. UPS, FED-EX, etc.) to: County of Sacramento, 827 7th Street, Room 102, Sacramento, CA 95814, Attn: Contracts. Indicate, in your request, the number of plans desired, Company Name, Company Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, and Fax Number.
