The Asset Management Section facilitates transactions related to County and special district-owned real property. The section handles revenue leases, which include agricultural, industrial and other special purpose leases. The section also handles surplus real property sales, conveyances of easements and wireless telecommunication permits and provides support for the redevelopment of the McClellan and Mather Field former Air Force Bases.
