General Services Independent Review

A link to the final report of the Organizational Audit of the Department of General Services is provided here. The report was presented to the Board of Supervisors on May 12 including implementation of many of the recommendations made in the report, as modified by the Project Management Team. Many of those recommendations involve developing closer relationships with customers and providing improved information about activities of interest to them. The Board of Supervisors has directed staff to return on August 16, 2005 to continue discussion of the recommendations.
